Pole-, Heels-, Aerial-, Chair- Photoshooting am 13.3.2027 für alle Polerinas Deines Lieblingspolestudios „Pole Faction“ in Hirschberg mit Late Night Tales – Christina Bulka Photography, der Photographin der „Polebibel“ „Poledance Passion“. Ein Poledance-Shooting-Erlebnis nur für Dich, perfekt als Geschenk oder aber für Dich ganz persönlich, um Dein Polelife und Deine Trainingserfolge in atemberaubenden Bildern für die Ewigkeit festzuhalten und zudem einen tollen Tag mit vielen lieben Menschen und Gleichgesinnten zu verbringen. Auch externe Teilnehmer sind herzlichen willkommen <3. Wir freuen uns riesig, zum ersten Mal in dem wunderschönen „Pole Faction“ in Hirschberg für einen herrlichen Studioshootingtag zu Gast zu sein. Am Samstag stehen Euch 7 Plätze in insgesamt 4 Blöcken zur Verfügung. Ein Block besteht aus 2 Stunden Shootingzeit (bei einem Dreier-Block 3 Std Shootingzeit). Du teilst Dir jeweils Deinen Block mit einer weiteren Teilnehmerin (bei einem Dreier-Block mit 2 weiteren Teilnehmerinnen), so gehen die Kraftreserven nicht zu schnell zu Ende, Du kannst Dich zwischendrin ein wenig ausruhen, Dich kurz einmal frisch machen oder aber die kleinen Pausen, während Deine Blockpartnerin geshootet wird, zum Outfitwechsel nutzen. Du hast also die Möglichkeit, Dich in mehreren Outfits und Stylings ablichten zu lassen. Jede Teilnehmerin hat 1 Stunde Shootingzeit- aufgeteilt in einem Block- zur Verfügung. Wahlweise stehen auch Mini-Shootings mit je 30 Min Shootingzeit (und einem bearbeiteten Bild) zur Buchung. Euer Lieblingspolestudio verwandeln wir in ein waschechtes Photostudio mit professionelstem Equipment. Neben unseren klassischen Hintergründen in weiß, grau oder schwarz stehen Dir, in Absprache mit uns, allerlei bunte Hintergrundfarben für Deine ganz individuellen Pole Bilder ebenso zur Auswahl, wie mein reichhaltiger Fundus an Tüchern, Schmuck, Accessoires, Headpieces und einigen Outfits zu Eurer Verfügung (Hintergrundfarben sucht Eure Studioinhaberin Sandra für Euch aus!) Dieses Event ist nicht nur für Profis und Fortgeschrittene, sondern auch perfekt für alle Pole Virgins und die ersten Level geeignet. Auch wenn Du Dir Bilder Deiner Lieblingsyogaposen wünscht oder am liebsten vor der Camera zu Deinem Lieblingssong freestylst, bist Du hier bestens aufgehoben. In angenehmer, familiärer Atmosphäre setzen wir Deine Wünsche in Deinem zweiten Wohnzimmer „Pole Faction“ gerne um. Genaue Infos, wie Ablauf, Shootingplan, sowie Tips, Tricks und Packliste erhältst Du ca 1-2 Wochen vor dem Event. Die Buchung eines Shootingplatzes ist verbindlich. Im Fall einer Absage durch den Shootingteilnehmer muss dieser selbstständig für Ersatz sorgen, die Shootinggrundgebühr wird nicht zurückerstattet! Du bekommst natürlich rechtzeitig zum Shooting einen Zeit- und Shootingplan übermittelt. NICE TO KNOW Buchung/Stornierung Die Buchung des Shootings erfolgt ausschließlich über das Shopsystem von LATE NIGHT TALES Photography und ist verbindlich. Im Fall einer Absage durch den Shootingteilnehmer muss dieser bis max 14 Tage vor dem Shooting selbstständig für Ersatz sorgen-danach besteht keine Möglichkeit mehr, einen Ersatzteilnehmer zu aquirieren. Die Rückabwicklung läuft in einem solchen Fall außschließlich über uns, LATE NIGHT TALES Photography! Stornierungen müssen per e-Mail erfolgen. Tickets zur Shootingteilnahme sind streng personalisiert und dürfen nicht selbstständig weiterverkauft werden, in einem solchen Fall verlieren sie ihre Gültigkei. Wurde das Shooting einmal schriftlich(via Mail) von einem Shootingteilnehmer abgesagt, erlischt jeglicher Anspruch auf den gebuchten Shootingplatz. Der Shootingplatz verfällt oder wird durch uns weitervergeben. Sollte ein Shooting verschoben werden müssen, zum Beispiel aufgrund von höherer Gewalt oder Krankheit der Fotografin, bleiben sämtliche Punkte so bestehen und alle bereits gekauften Tickets der Teilnehmer, behalten volle Gültigkeit, sofern ein Ersatztermin gestellt oder in Aussicht gestellt wird. Bezahlung Die Bezahlung erfolgt über das Shopsystem von LATE NIGHT TALES Photography. Haftungsausschluss Die Teilnahme an den Shootings erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko. Für Personen- und Sachschäden wird jegliche Haftung bei etwaigem fahrlässigen Verhalten ausgeschlossen. Bei Unfällen während der An- und Abreise und während der Veranstaltung haftet jeder Teilnehmer selbst. Haftung von Teilnehmern für Geräte Sofern Teilnehmern Stage, Requisiten oder sonstiges Material von Christina Bulka zur Verfügung gestellt werden, haften diese auch bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit für Schäden an diesen Geräten. Rund ums Shooting Ein Shootingtag kommt ausschließlich ab 7 gebuchten Stunden (4 Wochen vor dem Shootingtermin) zu Stande. Der Tag an dem das Shooting gebucht wurde, sollte unbedingt vollständig von sonstigen Terminen oder etwaigen Verpflichtungen freigehalten werden. Etwaige Wünsche bezüglich des Shootingpartners etc. müssen direkt bei Buchung spätestens jedoch mindestens vier Wochen vor dem entsprechenden Event schriftlich per Mail mitgeteilt werden. 3-G-Regel Bei allen Shootings gilt deutschlandweit und länderübergreifend die 3-G-Regel. Bei Nicht-Einhaltung der Haus und/oder Coronaregeln vor Ort behält sich Late Night Tales Photography vor, von ihrem Hausrecht Gebrauch zu machen und die Teilnehmerin von der Location zu verweisen und vom Shooting auszuschliessen. Für den Teilnehmer entfällt jeglicher Ersatzanspruch. Spam Ordner Leider kann es hin und wieder vorkommen, dass die Infomail im Spam landet. Kontrolliere daher bitte auch Deinen Spam-Ordner. Verwertungsrechte Die von den Teilnehmern erstellten Fotos dürfen für eigene (nicht kommerzielle) Zwecke genutzt werden. Bei Veröffentlichungen im Internet, oder anderen Druckmedien muss der Name, bzw das Logo der Fotografin immer deutlich erkennbar sein. Making-ofs Making-ofs für dürfen gerne gemacht und geteilt werden sofern diese GANZ EINDEUTIG als solche zu erkennen und AUSSCHLIESSLICH für den privaten Gebrauch bestimmt sind! Der Name des Shootingevents, die Fotografin, sowie die Seite der Fotografin sind immer eindeutig als solche zu nennen. Making-ofs dürfen NIEMALS kommerziell genutzt werden! Vor Ort und während des Shootings sind keine eigenen oder mitgebrachten Spiegelreflexcameras (außer die der Fotografin selbst!!!) zulässig! Eventuelle Making-ofs dürfen ausschließlich mit dem Handy oder Smartphone erstellt und weder selbst, noch durch Dritte bearbeitet werden. Die aufgebauten Shootingsets sowie sämtliches Equipment von LATE NIGHT TALES Photography, dürfen ausschließlich nach Genehmigung und Absprache, sowie in Anweseneheit und Beisein von und mit LATE NIGHT TALES Photography genutzt werden. Selbstständiges fotografieren (z. B . mit Smartphone), dass nicht „Behind the Scenes“ entspricht ist ausdrücklich nicht gestattet. Verstöße werden strafrechtlich verfolgt!** Schlussbestimmungen Sollten eine oder mehrere der Bestimmungen der allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen ungültig sein, wird dadurch die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen nicht berührt.Mit der Buchung eines Shootingplatzes stimme ich den Bedingungen zu. Wir verlängern/verkürzen keine Haare oder zeichnen Euch nachträglich Muskeln. Wir legen aber Wert, auf eine umfassende Hautretusche! Mit unserem Bildbearbeitungsstil solltest Du Dich unbedingt identifizieren und zu 100 Prozent darauf einlassen können! Bei unseren Shootings, insbesondere bei den Boudoir-, Körperwelten- und Poledance Shootings, sowie beim Naked Poledance Project, liegt der gestalterische Fokus bewusst nicht primär auf einer voll ausgeleuchteten Darstellung des Gesichts, sondern vielmehr auf einer künstlerischen Lichtführung, die den Körper oder bestimmte Details hervorhebt. Gesicht und auch Körper stehen dabei nicht zwangsläufig im Vordergrund der Ausleuchtung, sondern werden bewußt eher im Schatten oder in weichem Licht gehalten, um die von uns beabsichtigte Stimmung und Ästhetik zu erzielen. ** Unbearbeitete Bilder werden unter keinen Umständen herausgegeben.
