Annual Summit Members Blending Party

Open to Summit Club Members only Summit Blending Party: November 21st, 2026 Join us at the Bird Creek Tasting Room for the our annual Summit Blending Party, where Summit members come together to create the next Summit Select Whiskey. This hands-on experience invites participants to taste, build, and refine their own blends before contributing to the final group selection. This evening includes guided blending, collaborative tasting, and the opportunity to shape a future Bird Creek release.
