Delicious and dark and creamy, this 68% bar is a smooth and rich dark milk chocolate made with heavy cream. --- Our bean to bar chocolates are made from roasted cocoa beans (in our kitchen) and brought through the bean to bar chocolate making processes. We save the husks from the cocoa beans for our Cocoa Husk Tea, and use the cocoa nibs, plus sweeteners and inclusions to create our craft chocolate.
