Part of the EGON 48V System The 48V Alternator is designed for use within the EGON 48V system and is available in multiple vehicle-specific fitments. TO BUILD an operational 48V system you will need the following products. In this list, only the alternator and battery are optional should you prefer to source them elsewhere. Each fitment is specific to the vehicle platform and mount type. These alternators are manufactured in Queensland, Australia by a family business in the business of vehicle alternators for decades. These units are especially made for the EGON system. That said, any 48V alternator will work with the EGON 48V architecture, mostly without modifications. EGON alternators have been pre-configured so that setting up a new system is made simpler. They are shipped directly from their facility.
