The bold black and cream stripes of the collection run along its length, carrying with them hand-drawn flowers, a moth and a hummingbird moth in fine illustrated detail. Pink edging runs the full length and black fringing finishes each end. At 5 x 160cm it’s made to be tied loosely knotted at the neck, threaded through a collar, or worn simply draped. The fringe catches as it moves. The detail rewards a close look. Threaded through a shirt collar for something more considered and graphic. Knotted at the neck over a fine knit or lightweight layer in cooler weather.
