👨🏼‍🌾Red Wine made by Pierre Jéquier and Blandine Chauchat (Mas Foulaquier). The flagship cuvée from Foulaquier in Pic Saint-Loup, half Syrah and half Grenache: here, spice and deliciousness go hand in hand. Nose of blackberry, black olive, pepper, and garrigue herbs. The palate has more depth, a more settled structure, but retains a juicy flesh and a freshness that balances the whole. A red that can age, but is already enjoyable with a bit of aeration.
