2010 Funtime 70×16 Houseboat powered by twin Mercruiser 3.0L MPI engines with Alpha 1 outdrives, 232 on port and 223 on starbaord, Westerbeke CO2 Free generator, Magnum Energy inverter, hydraulic stern thrusters, onboard charger, stacked washer and dryer, canvas party top and flybridge bimini. This vessel underwent a major interior and exterior refit in 2018. This included, but was not limited to: a Pithane roof coating (re-coated again in 2024), the addition of a PWC lift in 2018, new flooring (both hard surface porcelain with custom, water-jetted granite pieces inserted into the flooring and carpeting), granite countertops, a new kitchen sink, bathroom vanities, sinks, and all new furniture and interior decor in 2018, which sells with the vessel. The rooftop features a custom-made concrete bar top with integrated fiber-optic lighting and propane heating, custom lightweight furniture for easy configuration without damaging the roof coating, a custom grill/outdoor kitchen, and an indoor/outdoor Yamaha Music-cast audio system. Mechanically perfect with the most recent out of water sterndrive maintenance completed in the summer of 2023. It is buffed and waxed annually with professional detailing weekly. Boarding this boat one would believe it to be a 2027 model, not a 2010. Boat is being sold fully stocked, excluding personal items and the kitchen table.
