We’re Sinking!

We’re Sinking! is a tense and humorous hidden action survival game where pirates must decide between teamwork and greed as their ship falls apart under attack. Players take on the roles of a desperate pirate crew facing deadly threats such as a kraken, skeleton pirates, a megalodon, or sirens. As the ship fills with water and damage spreads, the crew must cooperate to stay afloat while also keeping an eye on their own chances of winning. Each round, players secretly choose one of four actions using hidden dials. You can Bucket to reduce the rising water level, Patch to repair damage, Fire to attack the threat, or Plunder to grab valuable loot. After discussing, bluffing, and second guessing each other, all actions are revealed at the same time, often leading to surprising and chaotic outcomes. The game constantly forces difficult choices. Work together too little and the ship may sink. Focus too much on survival and you might lose to a greedier pirate. Victory depends on how the game ends. If the crew defeats the threat, the pirate with the most valuable treasure wins. If the ship sinks first, survival becomes everything, and the player with the fewest cards escapes to tell the tale.
