Harness M, Electric Washer Pump Conversion Harness 1978 - 1984. This is a harness that we manufacture and designed here at NBSR. This Harness will plug and play into your factory engine side harness and will operate the electric washer pump motor that is used on the 1985 through 1991 models. This listing is just for the Wiper Motor wire harness. This will work with your factory Wiper Motor or you can switch over to the 1985 through 1991 style with the two plug design. This is designed to eliminate the siphon fed washer pump on the 1978 through 84 model trucks. We have these designed to unplug using a weather pack connector. The reason we have these designed this way is due to the fact of the factory electric washer motor is ran with the headlight harness, and if removal of the headlight harness or the engine harness is needed, you would not have to feed the wire back through the loom. If you would like this to be all one unit and not have the weather pack connector we can do that as well upon a email request prior to purchasing. Installation for this is easy and would consist of just de pinning the engine harness of the pink and white wire that operate the washer pump and reinstalling the supplied terminals of the Wiring Harness you have bought. The washer bottle is slightly wider on the 85 through 91 models and a new hole will be need to be drilled to install due to the width of the bottle If this is an item you’d like to know more about prior to purchasing please reach out to us via email or by calling.
