Gay Pride Gothic Rainbow 30" Parasol - High Coverage original pattern

This parasol is 30" in diameter featuring a beautiful indie-dyed yarn the dyer, Rena's Threads, calls Gothic Rainbow. It features a ROYGBIV rainbow I use for gay pride which changes one thread at a time to attain gradual color changes, but also includes one black thread running throughout. It almost looks like stained glass and each stitch is slightly different because of the shifts in the threads. I've used a pattern of my own design with 8 fan blades extending from points at the center to points at each of the 8 arms. Between the fan blades are small diamond-shaped fans. This parasol has 8 arms and a manual opener. You'll find an aluminum main shaft with a crooked red plastic handle and fittings for the top and arm tips. Please take care to ensure the arm tips aren't caught in the mandala before using the automatic opener. While it won't keep the rain off your head, this parasol will diminish the sun's rays and help bring whimsy to your life.
