ETC-02 Slow Curing Cement is the slower partner to DSPIAE's ETC-01 Extra Thin Cement. DSPIAE gives it a working time of 15–30 seconds to position and correct parts, and recommends it for bonding large surfaces as well as point-to-point joints on small plastic parts. According to the maker, its solubility and mechanical strength are much higher than those of extra thin cements, giving larger models more structural rigidity.
