1000 Tower Nitrogen Inflation System The Branick 1000 Tower Nitrogen Inflation System is designed for moderate- to high-volume tire service facilities that need higher nitrogen output for efficient tire inflation and service. Producing 14.2 CFM of nitrogen with adjustable purity from 95% to 99.5%, the Model 1000 provides a continuous nitrogen supply for shops handling a large number of vehicles. Its 1.9:1 air-to-nitrogen ratio helps maximize compressed-air efficiency during operation. The Model 1000 uses PRISM membrane technology and includes a compressor-saving automatic shut-off to help reduce unnecessary compressor operation. Front-mounted controls, air input and nitrogen output pressure gauges, and an inline nitrogen purity test port make it easy to monitor system performance and verify nitrogen purity. Two pre-filters help support clean operation, while 5 years of free filters are included for convenient maintenance. A compact 19" × 19" footprint allows the tower to provide high output without taking up excessive shop space.
