Treguddick Pink Grapefruit, Honey & Ginger Shrub Fresh pink grapefruit and root ginger are blitzed together, rounded with a touch of honey, and combined with a blend of British sugars and vinegar. The grapefruit brings its usual excellent attitude: bitter, bright, pink, and just suspicious enough of sweetness to be interesting. The ginger adds warmth and length. The honey rounds the edges without turning the drink soft.
