Gum "Gaz" Gamay 2026

From the sandy, granitic slopes of Mt. Alexander - these organically grown 40 year old vines were grafted to gamay over the last decade. Due to the immaculate quality of this fruit - 90% whole bunch gamay was fermented and aged in stainless steel. Fresh and energetic, this is an aerial example of the variety with floral and herbaceous aromatics. Crunchy, bright red and cool blue fruits are supported by fine lacy structure.
