Masayoshi Takanaka – alone LP + 7", 180g Clear Deep Blue Vinyl (Abbey Road Remaster, Japan Import, UPJY-9525)
About the album Released in December 1981, alone was Masayoshi Takanaka's eighth album, arriving at the end of the year he staged The Rainbow Goblins at the Budokan. After that grand concept piece, alone returns to tight, bright fusion, from the opener "SPEED OF LOVE" through "FEEDBACK'S FEEL," "Rio no Yume" and "PENGUIN DANCER." It's a favorite among listeners who've found Takanaka through the city pop and Japanese fusion revival, and this edition finally gives "WHITE LAGOON" a home on a standard 7" record instead of a flexi disc.
