Handcrafted qingbai flower gaiwan 125ml

A Harmony of Song Dynasty Heritage and Modern Precision Rooted in centuries of ceramic tradition, 霽青 · Clearing Skies is a thoughtful reimagining of the classic Chinese tea vessel. Inspired by the graceful forms of Song Dynasty ceramics, its flower-shaped silhouette and refined contours balance timeless aesthetics with modern function. The name 霽青 evokes the cool, luminous blue of a sky after rain—a fleeting moment of clarity that we sought to capture in our Qingbai glaze, whose delicate blue-white tones shift subtly with the light. ( This gaiwan is one of the two pieces with a wasp mark around the ring of the lid knob) Craftsmanship & Materials Fine Japanese Porcelain: Hand-cast and finished with high-density Japanese porcelain, giving the vessel a delicate lightness paired with exceptional durability. Exclusive Qingbai Glaze: Our unique Qingbai glaze fires into a pristine, fully non-porous surface. This glass-like seal creates a neutral thermal environment that reflects heat evenly without absorbing volatile tea compounds. Designed for Delicate Teas Because the glaze provides an immaculate, non-absorptive seal, this gaiwan shines bright with delicate, high-aroma teas like our 2026 Spring Baozhong and 2026 Spring Qilaishan Accentuates Aroma: Captures and amplifies the brightest top notes—from crisp top-tier green teas to floral and fruity high-mountain or low-oxidation oolongs. Pure Flavor Profiles: Ensures absolute clarity in every steep, delivering an unadulterated taste of the leaf with zero ghosting or residual flavor retention.
