Because it blends with fats and oils instead of water, it gives strong, even colour in buttercream, chocolate and ganache. Kiwi is part of the full 51-colour range. What can I use it on? Great for botanical cakes, leaf piping and Christmas bakes. Use it in buttercream, Swiss meringue buttercream, chocolate, ganache, cake batter and fondant. Shake well, start with a drop or two and let the colour develop, as it deepens over time. Use no more than 2% of the weight of the food you are colouring. Sizes available Available in a 20ml squeeze bottle. Bottles are filled to the top, so weights can vary slightly between colours.
