Imperial Custom Apparel DTF Hot Melt Adhesive Powder

DTF hot melt adhesive powder in five grades, 1 kg to 20 kg Hot melt adhesive powder is shaken over the wet ink on the film and sticks only where there is ink. Curing melts it into a smooth glue layer, and that layer is what holds the design to the fabric when you press. Get the grade wrong and prints feel stiff, crack at the edges or peel after a few washes. Imperial Custom Apparel DTF Supply powder is stocked in Miami, Florida in five grades because one grade does not suit every garment. From $2.80 per kg, no minimum order, tracked shipping worldwide. Which grade to use Medium fine, BC04 M. The grade most shops start with. Suits thin films and everyday cotton tees. Super fine. Thin lines, small text and fine detail. Less powder on the edges, cleaner lift. Super soft. The softest hand feel on lightweight garments and fashion tees. Medium. A stronger bond for heavy fabrics, hoodies, fleece and canvas. Anti sublimation. For polyester and sublimated blanks where dye migration bleeds through the white. See anti sublimation DTF powder explained. The full comparison is in our DTF powder grades guide. Pick the size that fits your shop 1 kg, $2.80 for a single printer or trying a new grade 2 kg, $5.60 for a one printer shop that reorders monthly 5 kg, $14 for daily production 20 kg, $56 for production floors running two or more printers What good powder fixes Uneven particle size melts unevenly, leaves rough edges and cracks in the wash. This powder is milled to a consistent particle size so the glue layer cures smooth, the edges stay sealed and the print stretches with the garment. If you want a softer print, read how to get a soft hand on DTF transfers. How to use it Shake evenly over the wet white ink, tap off the excess, then cure at about 110 to 130 C for two to three minutes until the surface turns glossy. Press at about 150 to 165 C for 10 to 15 seconds and peel hot or cold depending on your film. Settings and troubleshooting in DTF powder curing temperature and time.
