Training Day Credits

Overview Training Day Credits let organizations prepay tuition for Red Team Alliance courses at a fixed rate, then choose specific courses, sessions, and attendees later. Each credit covers tuition for one day of instruction in an eligible RTA course: a one-day course uses one credit, and a two-day course uses two. Most teams know how much training they need well before they know who will attend, which courses fit their roadmap, or which session dates will work. Prepaid credits let a training manager commit to a defined amount of instruction now, lock in current tuition and multi-day rates, and assign seats as schedules firm up. Credits cover tuition only and expire 18 months after the order date. Lab fees and hardware kits are billed separately at registration. Pricing Each Training Day Credit is $1,500. Multi-day rates are applied automatically at checkout based on the number of credits in a single order: $1,375 per day for two credits, and $1,250 per day for three or more. To register, contact Red Team Alliance with your order number, the course session, and the attendee's name. We'll confirm the seat, apply your credits, and invoice the course's lab fee and any optional kits separately. Terms Each Training Day Credit covers tuition for one day of instruction, and a course uses credits equal to its duration in days. Credits apply to public courses scheduled and registered directly by Red Team Alliance, in person or virtual, at standard tuition. They do not apply to trainings at conferences or third-party events where the organizer handles registration, HOST courses and other custom-priced programs, or private and custom deliveries. Credits cover tuition only. Lab fees, Field Kits, Field Kit Plus add-ons, equipment, travel, and lodging are billed at registration based on the course selected. Multi-day rates are based on the number of credits in a single order. Credits from separate orders are not combined to reach a higher rate. Credit pricing is fixed at purchase, is not affected by later tuition changes, and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Credits expire 18 months after the order date and must be applied to a course session that begins on or before the expiration date. Unused credits are forfeited at expiration. When credits from more than one order are available, the earliest-expiring credits are applied first. Credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credits belong to the purchasing organization or individual. Organizations may assign them to any of their personnel without naming attendees at purchase, but credits may not be transferred or resold to another organization. Credits do not reserve a seat. Registration is subject to availability, and attendees must meet all course prerequisites and eligibility restrictions. If Red Team Alliance cancels a session that credits were applied to, those credits are restored and their expiration is extended by 90 days. Attendee-requested cancellations and transfers follow Red Team Alliance's standard registration and cancellation policy, except that any eligible refund is returned as credits with the original expiration date. Purchasers are responsible for confirming that prepaid training is permitted under their organization's procurement and funding rules.
