Dream Dram 2 - Bonders Exclusive Cask Pull Irish Whiskey 58.2% 100ml

DREAM DRAM NO. 002 THE SECOND DREAM DRAM DROP Exclusive to Two Stacks VIP Club Members Rare 2014 Bushmills Single Malt | Single Cask | Cask Strength Finished for 12 Months in a Rare Boann Vintage Mashbill Sherry Hogshead 300 Cans Only To mark the final day of public consultation on Ireland’s Single Pot Still whiskey legislation, Dream Dram No.002 takes a slightly different path. Rather than putting Single Pot Still whiskey centre stage, we wanted to celebrate the extraordinary diversity of Irish whiskey, pairing a rare cask of Bushmills Single Malt with an equally unusual finish from one of Ireland’s independent whiskey makers. Distilled at Ireland’s oldest licensed distillery in May 2014, this exceptional Single Malt spent years maturing in a second-fill bourbon cask before being selected by Two Stacks. It was then re-casked into a rare Boann Vintage Mashbill #5 Sherry Hogshead (40/30/30), where it spent a further 12 months developing a deeper layer of dried fruit, richness and spice. Finally, drawn at its natural cask strength of 58.2% ABV and presented in our signature 100ml can, just 300 cans have been produced worldwide. No dilution. No repetition. No second chance. This is Dream Dram No.002. THE WHISKEY Distillery: Bushmills Distilled: May 2014 Canned: September 2026 Style: Single Cask Irish Single Malt Original Cask: Second-Fill Bourbon Barrel Finish: 12 Months in Boann Vintage Mashbill #5 Sherry Hogshead (40/30/30) ABV: 58.2% Natural Cask Strength Release: Dream Dram No.002 Availability: Exclusive to Two Stacks VIP Club Outturn: 200 Cans Worldwide TASTING NOTES Nose Crème brûlée and vanilla pod lead the way, followed by toasted coconut, soft citrus oils and delicate old oak. Beneath it, hints of dried fruit begin to emerge from the Sherry cask. Palate Rich yet beautifully composed. Honeyed malt, banana bread and sweet bourbon oak meet dried fruit, gentle spice and a silky texture. At 58.2%, there is plenty of power, but remarkable balance, with the quintessential Bushmills orchard fruits shining through. Finish Long, warming and contemplative. Toffee and rich malt give way to drying oak, subtle spice and lingering dried fruit, leaving the influence of both casks beautifully intertwined. MORE THAN A POUR Dream Dram was created to unlock the extraordinary Irish whiskeys that are usually hidden away in private warehouses, exceptional spirit, rare casks, and combinations that will never be repeated. These are not designed for the shelf. They are designed for the people who appreciate what is inside the cask. For Dream Dram No.002, we went looking for something different: a rare Bushmills Single Malt, selected at Two Stacks and given a second life in a highly unusual Boann Vintage Mashbill Sherry Hogshead. One cask. One finish. 300 cans. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. SERVE Pour 50ml of Dream Dram No.002 into a Copita or Glencairn and enjoy neat. At 58.2%, this whiskey rewards patience. Add a few drops of still water and watch the cask strength open up, revealing deeper layers of vanilla, oak, dried fruit and spice. Sip slowly. ___ Dream Dram is our private members-only release series, a collection of rare and remarkable cask pulls reserved exclusively for the Two Stacks Bonders community.
