Handmade Horsehair Raku Pottery Vase
Low fired, decorative raku vase or orb. Porous. Gas fired to 1200°. Removed and surface treated while still red hot. Ferric chloride, horse hair and other combustibles are applied to create surface decoration. Surface sprayed with lacquer. Made in Virginia. Vase is approximately 8” x 8” x 8”.
