On a single boiler machine that is the most direct way to run different coffees without chasing pressure. We also like that this is the same platform as the 2 and 3 group models, so spare parts and service logic are those of a proper commercial machine. Things to consider If you need one group and want commercial control, the D8 One is the one. If you are working full bar volumes, look at the D8 in 2 group form. If you want Sanremo design at home or in a small venue, the Cube R is still the better fit.
