Build Your Own Bonbons — The Nine

Nine bonbons, chosen by you. Each one starts with a flavor from across East and Southeast Asia: fragrant teas, blossoms, and pantry staples. We pair each with the Valrhona chocolate that suits it best, from bright and floral to roasted and deep. Every piece is hand-painted, shelled, and filled in small batches in our Los Angeles kitchen. Choose from seven flavors. Pick nine of one, a few of each, or any mix you like. Your selection arrives in our signature lavender box. Choose your nine Yuzu: yuzu gelée, lemon zest Strawberry Jasmine: strawberry gelée, jasmine tea ganache Osmanthus: sweet osmanthus blossom, honeyed cream Pandan: pandan leaf Oolong: dark roasted oolong tea Hojicha: roasted green tea Salted Caramel: burnt sugar, sea salt, dark chocolate Best enjoyed within one week. Store cool and dry at 60–65°F, away from sunlight. Please refrigerate if storing longer than one week.
