Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, then unscrew the milk storage bag's cap, connect the connector and breast shield, and pump breast milk directly into the bag. After pumping, squeeze out the air from the bottom upward, then tighten the cap. Ensure the bag is sealed and store it upright. When transporting, be careful not to tip the bag over. Write the packaging date, time, and volume on the bag or a sticker for easy organization. Store breast milk in the refrigerator at a relatively low position to avoid temperature fluctuations. For freezing, it’s best to fill each bag with approximately 180ml or less to prevent damage from expansion.
