The unit has a capacity of 13.4 cu. ft. and operates within a temperature range of 33° to 41°F for refrigerated food holding.This unit is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum back and interior, defining the cabinet material structure. It includes a worktop design with a 5 1/2" backsplash, supporting prep and storage functions in commercial kitchen workflows.
