Echelon Méthode Traditionnelle 2022
Winemaker Notes Aromas of brioche and roasted hazelnuts lead into lemon zest and white florals. The palate shows preserved lemon layered with nutty, doughy complexity, supported by a structured acid line and a fine, gentle mousse. Following hand-picking of our Pinot Noir and Chardonnay the fruit was chilled overnight and the free run juice was fermented and aged in both stainless steel and older oak barrels for 6 months. Following blending, secondary fermentation occurred in the bottle followed by lees contact for 43 months before disgorging. 51% Chardonnay, 49% Pinot Noir Tasting Note Alcohol 12%
