Galileo Galilei Thermometer

Add a touch of classic science and elegant décor to your home or office with a Galileo Galilei Thermometer. Inspired by the principles of buoyancy and density discovered through the work of Galileo Galilei, this unique glass thermometer uses colourful floating bulbs to indicate the surrounding temperature. As the temperature changes, the density of the liquid inside the glass cylinder changes, causing the bulbs to rise or sink. Each bulb is fitted with a temperature tag, allowing you to read the approximate room temperature from the lowest floating bulb or the highest sinking bulb, depending on the design. How it works: When the temperature changes, the density of the liquid inside the thermometer changes. The weighted glass bulbs respond by floating at different levels. The temperature can be read from the tag attached to the appropriate bulb.
