Pumpkin Lantern for Home and Office Desk Decor, Fall Gatherings, Halloween, or Thanksgiving Dinning Table Centerpiece!

I owe this idea to my own Mother (Hi, Mom!) She tells me good ideas to push me in the right direction. I debuted these little guys at a recent popup sale, and sold out the first day. They are definitely a great crowd pleaser, being a perfect size and shape to decorate throughout the entire Fall season. The kits come natural, unpainted. You will piece together the top and bottom with a dozen side panels that snap in to make the pumpkin shape. Pop in the stem to finish them off. The stem does allow the pumpkins to hang from a string, or drops back down into the base at normal height. You choose! Add a tea light candle for a soft glow. Use LED's for safe, flame-less situations, or in windy conditions too. Each side panel will glow through the shadows with a beautiful pattern cast out all around. The orange pumpkin was painted as an example of a finished idea you may prefer. I was able to just give each piece a quick shot of spray paint. I chose a brighter orange on the inside, and then flipped over the pieces for a warmer orange on the outside. This is quick and easy in bulk too. Feel free to create your own ideas, too! This is a great art project for kids with a collection of acrylic craft colors. The finished pumpkins are about 4.5" around and sit about 3" tall with the stem at rest. Extended, they measure about 5" tall.
