Afterglow - Natural Bar Soap

Ylang ylang and jasmine up front, sandalwood underneath holding it down, cinnamon leaf and geranium keeping it from going sweet. The warmest thing we make. It's the same blend as the Afterglow candle and bath salts, so the three of them stack into one evening. Pink rose clay gives it the color. The base is the same in every bar we make. Coconut oil for hardness and a big lather, olive oil as the counterweight so it isn't all bubbles, castor oil to make that lather dense rather than airy, shea butter for creaminess, and rice bran and sunflower to soften the bar. Sodium hydroxide is the lye, which is what turns oil into soap and is used up in the making of it. Scented with essential oils, as with everything we make. Good for hands and body.
