Caffé, Scarlet’s take on a coffee amaro, utilizes lightly roasted Ethiopian coffee from the village of Alo in Bensa, Sidama, and Panamanian Geisha coffee—the world’s rarest and most expensive variety. A light and savory nose of mushroom and cacao with notes of butterscotch, burnt sugar, light chocolate, and of course medium roast coffee. A fantastic sipper! Made with over 23 botanicals featuring coffee, vanilla bean, cinnamon, basil, caraway, fennel seed, wormwood, raspberry leaf, spearmint, orange peel, angelica root, licorice, hōjicha, ashitaba root, red clover, verbena, ginger, and moringa. Light roast Ethiopian and Panamanian Geisha coffees are cold brewed. Botanicals are macerated in neutral sugarcane spirit.
