Product Information Anchor frame for casting in foundation Hot-dip galvanized Height of 430 mm C/C bolts of 160 mm Bolt groups for cast-in-place foundation C-C 160mm are intended for use where the client himself takes care of the casting of the foundation. The frame consists of 1 template plate with threaded holes, 4 rebar bolts with threaded sections, and 2 nuts for each bolt. All parts are coated with black PC-coat lacquer for even longer durability. The bolts are screwed all the way into the template plate, and the frame can then be placed directly into the formwork. Hot-dip galvanized according to NS-EN ISO 1461. TIGHTENING TORQUE FOR NUTS: After the mast is mounted on the finished foundation, the nuts must be tightened to a torque of at least 200 Nm.
