Five years in the making, C is the first blend of its kind ever created, a landmark release in a flourishing category and a transformative step in modern winemaking. Process: Crafted from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier sourced in Grand Est, France, the wine was produced using Champagne-inspired methods adapted specifically for dealcoholization. Cool stainless steel fermentation, careful control of acidity, and extensive stability testing ensured the cuvée could retain its balance, freshness, and complexity even after the alcohol was removed. Tasting Notes: Expect bright citrus and green apple, delicate red berries and stone fruit, and the silky floral touch of Meunier, all wrapped in fine effervescence and a creamy finish.
