Constanza’s work became very popular during the mid century kitsch phenomenon, (made popular by Margaret Keane the original Big Eyes). Artists like Constanza would paint primarily children with large eyes, big heads, round cheeks, etc. Today, Constanza prints are highly desired and collected by lovers of vintage kitsch, baby nursery items and childhood nostalgia.
