The nose is elegant and fragrant, with notes of red fruits accompanied by a slight spiciness. In the mouth it is fresh and fruity with a softness balanced by a bright finish. A great Valpolicella representation, young and fragrant.Ageing/Vinification: Partly in steel and partly in wooden barrels for 12 months. 3 months ageing in bottle.Vineyard: 12h single estate vineyard in Monte La Parte, located at an altitude from 300 to 350 m above sea level, located all over the top of the hill enjoying a full sun exposure. The roots lie in a calcareous and tuffaceous soil, poor of organic material A meager soil, difficult to work in which can grow superb grapes.
