Domaine Laurent Tribut Chablis Premier Cru 'Beauroy'

Laurent makes archetypal Chablis – classic, tensile, ages beautifully and is utterly brilliant. Farming is done sustainably, and in the winery all wines are aged in old (with 10% new) oak barrels, adding body and character to his wines. Beauroy comes from a 1.8 ha parcel that is half in Beauroy ‘proper’ and half in Troëmes. Beauroy is always more firmly structured with notes of mandarin orange rind, stone fruit, spice and sea salt.
