(Subject to change) Each sauna is carefully crafted to meet your specific requirements and delivered with attention to detail. Only delivered as unassembled via 17m Truck. The buyer is responsible for unloading the goods from the truck using a crane or forklift. Please ensure the truck can access the unloading area without any obstructions. If there are access restrictions, inform us at the time of ordering. Unloading will take place at the site boundary (usually on the pavement) or as close as possible, depending on local conditions. Stove Information Stoves are supplied uninstalled, and the connection cable is not included. Stoves are supplied uninstalled, and the connection cable is not included. Warranty Warranty Coverage Private Use: Our saunas come with a 2-year factory warranty when purchased for residential use. Commercial Use: For saunas used in commercial settings, we provide a 6-month warranty, valid when used as per manufacturer guidelines. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery. Warranty Conditions This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, provided the sauna is used correctly and in line with the provided instructions. If ordering a sauna as a kit for assembly, the warranty applies to the supplied components, not the assembled product. Assembly & Installation Requirements: Barrel saunas must be assembled and installed within two weeks of delivery to remain under warranty. Exclusions & Limitations The warranty does not cover damage caused by: Improper installation, maintenance, or storage. Natural wear and tear or mechanical damage. Incorrect handling during and after installation. Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow care instructions. Natural material characteristics (e.g., wood cracks, discoloration, shrinkage). Damage due to extreme weather conditions, such as hurricanes or freezing water inside the sauna. Receiving Your Sauna – Important Steps Upon delivery, please inspect your sauna for any transport damage before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is found: Note the issue on the shipping document. Take photos of any visible damage. Report it to us within 7 days of delivery. Warranty Claims & Resolution If your claim is valid, we will: Repair the product or provide necessary repair materials. Replace the sauna with a new or equivalent model. Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not feasible. Buyer’s Right to Cancel an Order You may cancel your order before production begins for a full refund. To do so, please inform us in writing as soon as possible. If production has already started, cancellation is no longer possible, as our saunas are made to order.
