The high quality CV Shaft assemblies are supplied complete to include all necessary hardware and are guaranteed to fit correctly as per OEM Specifications. The range also includes Heavy Duty (externally greasable shafts) compatible with 76/78/79 Series, plus a key range of shafts modified from the OE design to ensure cage alignment promoting good strength and wear characteristics on lifted applications. • CV joints machined accurately and precisely with hardening where required. • High torsion steel axle shaft with protective coating to prevent corrosion. • All rolling components, race and ball tracks precisely machined to ensure smooth and quiet operation and long life. • All splines hardened and machined to OEM specification. • High quality neoprene CV boots fitted with quality stainless steel clamps. • Top quality long lasting moly grease used in CV joints. The CV Shaft also includes all necessary hardware and is supported by technical assistance available throughout Australia. Technical Warning! Please note, IF CV is for lifted vehicles it is designed in PLACE of a diff drop. 2-3" lifted vehicles: These are NOT intended to be used WITH a diff drop, at this height, the choice of a lifted vehicle should be ONE or the OTHER. It is rare that a vehicle requires BOTH and you should consult our team before buying or installing these. 3-5" lifted vehicles: These CAN be used with a diff drop, and should be added together in terms of distance and alignment. Example 1: A 2" diff drop and a 2" lifted CV would be suitable for ~4" lifted vehicle. Example 2: A 4" diff drop and a 2" lifted CV would NOT be suitable for a 4" lifted vehicle as this is 6"s.
