The knives in this set are an 8" Chef's Knife, 6" Utility Knife, 3.5" Paring Knife, 8" Kullens (Hollow-edge) Carving Knife, 7" Carving Fork, and four 5" Steak Knives. Each of the knives in this set are hand forged from German X50 stainless steel that is sharp, rust resistant, and easy to maintain. They have full-tang construction and solid bolsters for balance and heft. The rounded, ergonomic slip-free triple-rivet handles are made from Walnut Pakkawood, and are as durable as they are handsome. They have a warm, natural feel in the hand and are comfortable even after hours of meal prep. The satin-finished knife blades are sharpened to a 15-degree cutting angle and hardened to 57 HRC. They are all designed to be used either right- or left-handed. Engraving: Up to 10 characters can be custom engraved on the Chef's Knife in this set.
