Titch Hill Monad 2024 10% (750ml)
Red fruit - Mineral - Fresh Alex and Sam make beautiful wines at Titch Hill on the South Downs. Less than 10km from the sea, they work to organic principles on the chalk of the Downs, producing wines with a true sense of place. Their wines are delicious, complex and dynamic. This is 100 percent Divico from loamy clay on the edge of the Romney Marsh. Hand destemmed, one week on skins, then a gentle rest in old French oak. Inky, almost opaque, yet bright and fresh. Red fruit right up front, a mineral line running underneath. Structured, elegant, led by freshness rather than weight. Grape: Divico
