Dog Plate

I got that DAWG in me! This is another dog with human feet, I am so sorry. It needed to exist, and I think it looks like its emerging from the mist with the reduction glaze atop it. It's eyes see all but it knows nothing. Wheel thrown, hand decorated, and fired in a cone 6 reduction atmosphere, this plate is a throwback to my university days where I fired in a reduction kiln quite a bit. I love the more rustic look of this glaze, and hope to explore it more! It's even cooler in person.
