The traditional cut for roast pork - moist and succulent with crispy crackling. Delicious served with roast potatoes and Bramley apple sauce. This is produced from our own herd of free range rare breed Tamworth pigs. This pork has been butchered within 3 days of slaughter and quick frozen to minimise the development of histamine.
