WHAT'S IN THE BOX NOSE - A surge of pear, a bite of granny smith apple all under-scored with a sprig of herb. PALATE - Lively, light and crisp. Showing minerality characteristics, pear, lime and hints of wild honey on the finish. This is a clean, light, dry wine. Oh so refreshing with a lean acid backbone and a soft almond and wild honey finish from a small amount of time on lees. Very very easy drinking. NOTES - Usually served chilled we really liked jumping on this horse a little bit later when the chill eased off. The wine opened up and the fruits became pronounced. Lovely.
