Sicilia DOC Nero d'Avola "NeroJbleo" 2022 - Gulfi

"NeroJbleo" represents one of the most authentic and terroir-driven expressions of Nero d’Avola according to Gulfi’s winemaking philosophy. Produced in the Monti Iblei, it showcases a style of the variety far removed from the excessive concentration and over-ripeness that characterized part of Sicilian production for many years. The combination of altitude, clay-limestone soils and organically farmed vineyards gives the wine freshness, elegance and remarkable aromatic depth. The 2022 vintage has yielded a particularly balanced red, in which the richness of the fruit is seamlessly integrated with vibrant acidity and a refined mineral character.
