Description Sikafloor®-125 Level Flex is a 1-part, ready-to-use, latex-modified smoothing and levelling compound for advanced flexibility and resilience. It is suitable for smoothing and levelling uneven rigid internal floors prior to applying final wearing coverings. Flexible, self-smoothing and highly fluid.Low shrinkage.Easy to apply by pump or manual application. Usage Levelling/smoothing: Concrete. Sand/cement screeds (not anhydrite). Quarry tiles, terrazzo, ceramic tiles. Underfloor heating applications beneath heating cables/pipes. Advantages Flexible, self-smoothing and highly fluid. Low shrinkage. Easy to apply by pump or manual application. 2–4 hours walk on time (+20 °C). Can be overlaid in approx. 8 hours (+20 °C). Maintains good workability and joint healing.
