Contracor FSV Abrasive Metering Valve

The Contracor FSV abrasive metering valve is specially developed for accurately adding mineral abrasives to the compressed-air flow of your blasting system. Thanks to its slide-valve design with a 45° inlet, this valve ensures an even mixture of air and abrasive, resulting in a consistent blast pattern and an optimal blasting result. Suitable for use on Contracor BlastRazor Z-100(RC) and Z-200(RC) blast pots. Key features Precise metering: The durable, adjustable control plates allow exact adjustment of the abrasive flow rate. Easy operation: The robust control handle allows stepless adjustment of the desired dosage — from fully closed to fully open. Easy to maintain: The integrated maintenance opening allows the valve to be cleaned and unclogged quickly, keeping downtime to a minimum. Not suitable for aggressive abrasives such as steel grit and aluminium oxide.
