Celebrate the beauty of the season at the Harvest Gathering Quilt Retreat, a special time to slow down, create, and connect with fellow quilters. Inspired by the abundance and warmth of autumn, this retreat brings together friends old and new for days filled with stitching, sharing, and creativity. Bring your favorite fabrics, your creative spirit, and a willingness to unwind as we gather for a weekend of quilting, fellowship, and fun. Thursday 5 – 10 p.m. setup, socialize & sew Friday 8:30 a.m. – 10 p.m. Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. Vriesland Reformed Church Youth Building 6839 Byron Rd. Zeeland, MI 49464 We will provide: - A personal 8 ft. table with power strip - Ironing and cutting stations - Goodie bags - Food o Friday breakfast – bagels, muffins, fruit o Friday lunch – sandwich bar o Friday dinner – pizza & salad o Saturday breakfast – bagels, muffins, fruit o Saturday lunch – BBQ pork/chicken bar o Snacks Please bring: - Sewing machine (cleaned & oiled) - Basic sewing supplies (marked with your name) o scissors o pins o seam ripper o machine needles o filled bobbins o cutting mat and tools - Quilting projects (fabric cut & ready) - Items for show and tell - Refillable water bottle - Phone charger - Comfy clothes, shoes, or slippers - Snack to share (optional) After checkout, check your email for a printable registration form.
