Our whole or half Bundarra chicken — butterflied for faster, easier cooking and perfectly even results. Raised regeneratively on pasture, our chickens are completely antibiotic-free and chemical-free, with juicy meat and beautifully golden skin. Butterflying (spatchcocking) allows the bird to lay flat, meaning quicker cook times, crispier skin, and tender meat every time. You can buy this with all the hard work done as a marinated bird. Our marinades are gluten free, made fresh on site using fresh thyme and lemon and seeded mustard and no seed oils. Perfect for roasting, BBQing, or grilling with your favourite herbs and citrus. Approx 1.5kgs for whole. Frozen (re-freeze or consume within 7 days for marinated or 3 days plain).
