Top quality sencha of the very first spring harvest from the volcanic mountains in Kirishima, Kyushu. Beautiful, fragrant, fine and silky deep green leaves. In the cup a green liquid. Kabuse (shaded). Sweet, round taste, lots of umami. Pure taste of spring. Water temperature: 60°C. Use 3-4 g per small cup. 1-2 min. Second infusion max 10 sec at hotter water temperature.
