Jasper Rose

The 2025 Rose is made from our Sangiovese grapes handpicked from the Rusty’s Block in Harvey. This wine is our legacy to our gorgeous Jasper, who passed away in May 2021, at the age of 15. Jasper is remembered as the Chief Concierge at the Vineyard 28 Cellar Door, as he loved meeting and greeting humans and dogs alike. He loved vintage time with the crew, especially the morning tea. Jasper was a much-loved family member and brought much laughter and joy into our home. Gorgeous salmon pink in colour with hints of strawberries on the palate. Luscious and refreshing, with a hint of spritz.
