[Pre-Order] Jade Gross Peace Love Garnacha 2024

This is the 5th cuvée of Garnacha tinta wine but the first vintage from my newly acquired vineyard in San Andrés, San Vicente de la Sonsierra. The name is inspired by the movement of the 60s with the aim to freely embrace the Garnacha grape. In 2024, this vineyard was hit by frost, and hail reducing the yield and the size of the bunches. The grapes were sourced from the single-plot vineyard in the town of San Vicente de la Sonsierra. The bush vines grow over sandy-clay soils which help make the Garnacha grape shine light and vibrant. The grapes were hand-harvested in 18 kg crates on September 29th, 2024. 80% of the bunches were destemmed. The grapes fermented in open-top vessels. The wine aged for 12 months in 225 and 500-litre French oak barrels of which 10% was new. Production bottle: 2550 bottles
